Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 c. whole wheat pastry flour3/4 c cornmeal3 tsp baking powder1/ tsp mace1 lg egg 2 Tb canola oil4 Tb honey1 c water (may use milk, but make caloric adjustments)
Directions
Preheat oven 325'

Mix Dry ingredients

in separate bowl.....
Beat eggs well.
Beat in other liquid ingredients.

Mix wet into dry stiring briefly until mixed.

Fill muffin tins 2/3 full
8 large or 12 regular size

bake 20-15 min
