French Herbed Shrimp

Ingredients
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Flour, white, .6 cup (remove)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, .5 cup (remove)*Splenda, 1 tsp (remove)Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz (remove)2 Bay leaves1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp dried thyme1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Heat oil in medium sauce pan over med. heat. Add onion & garlic. Cook stirring frequently, 3 - 5 minutes, until tender. Add small amounts of water if necessary (about 1 T @ a time) to prevent sticking. Place flour in a small bowl. Gradually add 1/2 C water, stirring briskly to avoid lumps. Add flour mixture and remaining ingredients, EXCEPT shrimp to sauce pan.
Mix well. When mixture boils, reduce heat to med-low & simmer, covered 25 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Remove and discard bay leaves, add shrimp & simmer 5 more minutes.
