Dollbabe56's Chicken Gyros

Ingredients
1/4 c. lemon juice2 Tbls. Olive Oil3/4 tsp. minced garlic1/2 tsp. dried mustard1/2 tsp. dried oregano8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2" strips1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1 tsp. fresh dill weed6 oz. plain yogurt1/4 cup chopped scallions1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper1/8 cup low-fat Feta cheese1/4 chopped lettuce2 - Tandoori Naan Garlic Flatbread,
Directions
Combine lemon juice, oil, 1/2 tsp. garlic, mustard, and oregano in a gallon zip lock bag. Add chicken to bag, being sure marinade covers all of the chicken. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Meanwhile, combine cucumber, yogurt, dill and remaining garlic. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Drain chicken, discard marinade, and saute chicken in large nonstick pan until cooked.

Heat flatbread per package instructions.

Place 1/2 of chicken on each flatbread. Top with the sauce, green onions, green peppers, feta, and lettuce. Fold in half. Serves 2.
