Ingredients
Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Snow Peas, fresh, 2 cup2Sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cupsGarlic, 1 clove mincedGinger Root, 1 tbs, mincedDash SaltPepper, black, 2 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stiry until fragrant, about 15 seconds. Add mushrooms, cook for about a minute until they begin to get tender. Add peas, salt and pepper. Stir fry until done.
