6 Chicken Breast (skinless1 cup sour cream (fat free)4 tbs Tandori Spice
Mix Sour Cream and Tandori Spice in a bowl that will hold all the chicken. Cut chicken into 2 inch strips. Press chicken strips into the sour cream and spice mixture making sure each piece is coated. Cover bowl and place in fridge overnight. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray and place chicken on cookie sheet and place in oven at 325 degrees for 45 min. Makes 12 4oz. servings
