Homemade Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
16 ripe plum tomatoes, chopped1 cup chopped green bell pepper1 medium white onion, chopped4 cloves garlic, crushed1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped1 Tbsp, cilantro chopped
Directions
Makes approx. 6 servings.
Chop all ingredients and mix together. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour for the flavors to come together.
