Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
1lb frozen shrimp, cooked1/2 cup red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped or sliced 1/4 cup Onions,sliced 1 cube Chicken bouillon1 1/4 Tablespoon Vinegar or lime juice2 Tablespoon Corn Oil or olive oil2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste or your choise
Directions
Rinse the shrimp. Heat oil and then add the onion, vinegar and tomate until tender. Add shrimp and chicken bouillion and cook for 3 minutes. Add tomato paste and bring to a boil on medium heat until liquid, add water if's needed.
Served with white rice or your favorite rice!
