BROCCOLI-RAISIN SALAD

Ingredients
1 medium purple onion (1 cup chopped)16 oz. fresh broccoli florets4 oz. sunflower seeds1 cup raisins8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled1 cup plain yogurt1/4 cup Splenda3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Directions
Chop onions and combine with broccoli florets, sunflower kernels, raisins, and crumbled bacon. Set aside. Whisk the yogurt, Splenda, and vinegar together. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and stir. Chill two hours before serving.
