Ingredients
i used a noon stick fat free zero calorie spray oil to cook mine... you can use what ever oil or tortilla you'd like... and what ever veggies you want to throw in!
Directions
pan fry all ingredients together and then pour into wrap. roll the wrap up and lightly grill it to give it a crunchy taste. enjoy!
