Authentic Mexican Rice

Ingredients
1 C Rice1 1/4 C H2O3/4 C Tomatoe sauce2 Tb chicken bouillon1 clove garlic3 slices onion, choppeddash of saltdash pepper1/8 tsp gralic powder1/8 tsp onion powder2 Tb oil
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Fry rice with oil until light brown. Add all ingredients in boiling water and cook covered for 10-15 minutes. Do NOT Touch While Cooking!
