Black Bean & Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1 can reduced sodium black beans1 can no salt added diced tomatoes1.5 cups organic low sodium chicken broth1 small yellow onion (chopped)1/2 green pepper (chopped)4 cloves garlic2 medium celery stalks (chopped)2 tsp cumin1/8 tsp cayenne pepperGround black pepper to taste
Directions
After vegetables are chopped - add all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook on low/medium for 45-60 minutes.

**To reduce the sodium - I drained the black beans** - there was no way for me to remove that in the calories but if you drain the black beans it should take out some of the sodium.
