Ingredients
2 cups oats3/4 cup skim milk powder150g whey isolate (Kaizen Vanilla)2 oz chopped roasted almonds20g raisins1 tbs cinnamon2 egg whites3 tbs canola oil250g 1%cottage cheese80g apple chopped1 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
Directions
mix dry ingredients. mix wet ingredients. combine two mixures and add a splash of water and mix well. bake in a 9x9 pan for 20-35 minutes at 325F
