Pork Chops w/ Green Beans

2 Pork Chops1 Tsp. Old Bay Seasoning1 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper1 dash Salt1 Medium Yellow Onion2 Baby Bella Mushrooms1 Clove Garlic1 Can Cut Green Beans (save the water from the can)
Makes 2 servings.
1. Slice garlic thinly, chop onions in medium size slices, slice mushrooms thinly. Open the can of green beans, but reserve the water from the can.
2. Sautee all vegetables in a tiny bit of butter, set aside when onions are slightly wilted.
3. Rub pork chops with pepper and Old Bay seasoning and brown on all sides in same pan.
4. Add vegetables and water from can of green beans and simmer for about 10-15 min. or until chops are fork tender. Add a dash of salt and more pepper/seasoning to taste about halfway through the simmering.
