Quick Crispy Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1.5 cups + 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour1 tablespoon + 1/4 tsp vegetable oila dash of salt1/2 packet of yeast1/2 cup + 2 teaspoons warm watercorn meal for dusting your pizza stone
Directions
In a glass bowl, mix yeast and warm water. When the yeast starts to bubble a little bit, add vegetable oil and salt. Once combined, add the flour and mix by hand until it all comes together. (If dry, add a bit more water.)

Roll out the dough and top with your favorite pizza items. Sprinkle your pizza stone (or cookie sheet) with corn meal to prevent the pizza from sticking. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-25 minutes or until crispy.
