Ingredients
1 zucchini1 summer squash1.3 lbs ground beef2 7.5 oz jars Prego Heart Smart TrationalCooking SprayI added a lot of different spices-Crushed Red Pepper-Italian Seasoning-Garlic Pepper-Celery Salt-Garlic & Herb
Directions
We made both regular pasta and whole wheat pasta.

Boil water first, that took the longest. Slice up the zucchini and squash, season in large pan, do not cook all the way through. Add to sauce, cook meat almost all the way through. Add to sauce and keep on heat for a few more minute.

We had some italian bread along with it too!
