2 1/2 c. Old Fashioned oatmeal1/4 c Oat Bran1/4 C Steel cut oats1/2 tsp salt2 Tsp. Baking powder1 Tsp. cinnamonMix and set aside.In large bowl : 1 beaten egg2 C. milk1/3 c applesauce1/4 c canola oil1/4 c. sugar1/4 cup Brown sugarMix and add to oat mixture. Pour into lightly greased 2 quart casserole or 8"x9" souffle dish. Bake 20 min. 400 degreesAfter 20 minutes, gently fold in 2 cups of fresh or frozen fruit. Return to oven for another 20 min.Serves 6-8
Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Mix and ad to egg mixture.
Pour into greased 2 qt. souffle pan or 8"x9" casserol dish.
Bake 20 minutes @ 400 degrees
After baking fold fruit mixture into casserole and bake another 20 minutes. Dried fruit maybe used instead of frozen.
