Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
2 3/4 Cups Flour2 C. Sugar3/4 C. coco powder2 Large Eggs1/2 C. Canola Oil1 C. Milk, 2%1 teasp. Vanilla1 1/2 teasp. Baking Soda1 1/2 teasp. Baking Powder1 teasp. Salt1 C. boiling water
Directions
Mix together dry ingrediants add to wet ingrediants and mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add one cup boiling water, stir. Divide into 24 cupcakes - cook 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 24 nice size cupcakes!
