Super-Healthy Sandwich Spread

Ingredients
4 oz low-fat silken tofu1 large, overripe banana1/3 cup natural peanut butterpinch salt1 tbsp raw agave nectar
Directions
Place tofu and banana in a food processor and puree until completely smooth.
Add peanut butter, salt and agave and puree in.
Store unused portions in the fridge.
