Box of Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake mix15 oz of Pumpkin ( I used Fresh Puree)
Just mix the dry cake mix (No water, eggs or oil) and the pumpkin. Pour into cupcake liners 3/4 the way full (I like to use a cookie scoop for the perfect measure.
Bake at 350 for 17-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean from the center.
