boilpasta and garliccloves. slice squash and zuchinni mixwithseasonings and set aside. cook turkey in extra virgin oliveoil ina cast iron skilletuntil brown, addingsoy sauce during cooking to taste. drainpasta,then addmoreseasoningstoasta. Put1/2cupwater inpan with quash and zuchini and a tsp of soy sauce. Heaton high covered, for about 2 minutes to soften. Mix together all ingredients in large mixingbowl.
