6 slices, Dempsters 100% whole wheat bread 2 eggs slightly beaten1/3 cup 1% milk1/2 tsp vanillacinnamon to taste
beat eggs in a shallow flat dish ( I use a pie plate)
add milk and vanilla
Heat up non stick frying pan ( medium heat)
lay one slice of bread in mixture then flip quickly and lay in frying pan. Sprinkle with CInnamon.
I do 3 slices at once, flip over when starting to brown on bottom.
