*2 Cups all purpose flour*2 Cups Whole Wheat flour*1 tsp baking soda*4 tsp baking powder*1 tsp Morton's sea salt*1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice*1 Cup baking splenda*3/4 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend*1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil *4 (1/4) cup egg beaters *1 Cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk*1 15oz can 100% Pumpkin*2 ripe bananas mashed
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour through Pumpkin Pie spice in a large bowl and make a well in the center of the mixture...set aside. Combine Splenda and all the wet ingrediants in a medium bowl until smooth, add to the dry ingrediants. Stir until moist. Spoon batter 2 9x5 loaf pans coated w/cooking spray. Makes 2 pans. Or make muffins...I like better...either a heaping tblspn for the bigger muffin pans or about 1/2 tablespoon for the smaller muffing pans. You get about 16 slices from the bread. Please note cooking time is for bread. Muffins take much less time! Done when toothpick comes clean.
