Turkey Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients
6 large eggs, beaten1/3 cup of nonfat milk3/4 cup of colby jack cheese*1 unit (from 1 lb raw) ground turkey*substitutions are fine, re-calculate them for yourself.
Directions
Brown 1 lb raw ground turkey, set aside. Beat 6 eggs and milk together. Pour into 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of cheese over eggs and add turkey on top of that. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Slice in half one way and 3rds the other way, makes 6 1" x 2" servings.
