Momma's Gingersnaps

Ingredients
1 cup sugar3/4 cup butter1 egg1/4 cup light molasses (mild)2 cups flour1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon1. tsp. cloves1 tsp. ginger
Directions

Cream together sugar and butter, add molasses and egg blend till smooth. In another bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to mollasses batter. Mix well. Rolle into one incsh gballs and then rolls in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 11 minutes for soft a cookie and 13 minutes for a hard cookie.
