Crystal's Easy Low Fat Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups granulated sugar 2/3 cup fat free half and half1 cup marshmallow creme 1 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky 1 teaspoon vanilla
Bring half and half and sugar to a boil in sauce pan for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme and peanut butter until well combined.
Pour into greased 8X8" pan and chill for about 2 hours.
Cut into 36 square pieces and remove with flat spatula 2 squares at a time.
Refridgerate or freeze to store but can be served at room temperature.
Recipe easy to double.
