Ingredients
6 carrots peeled and cut to 2 in sectionslemon juice 2 tblspepper 1/8 tspground ginger1 tspsalt 1 tspbutter 2tblsPlace carrots in a buttered 1-quart casserole. Mix lemon juice with salt, ginger, and pepper; pour over carrots then dot with butter. Cover and bake at 400° for 1 hour, or until carrots are tender.Serves 4.
