Easy Guacamole

Ingredients
2 whole avocados1 can of Rotel Original1 small red onion1/2 cup chopped bell pepper2 Tbsp Light Sour Cream1 tsp lemon juice (or lime juice)1 tsp black pepper, or Pampered Chef Citrus Basil Rub
Directions
Remove skin & seeds from avocados and cut into small chunks. Place avocado chunks in medium bowl.

Drain can of Rotel and add to bowl. Add onion, pepper, sour cream, juice, and seasoning.

Stir completely.

Makes 12 servings.
