Turkey Meatballs with Parsley

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground turkey3 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup parsley, chopped1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all the ingredients and shape into 30 meatballs approximately 1" across.
3. Spray a nonstick pan lightly with Pam or olive oil mister
4. Brown the sides of the meatballs for 5 minutes until nicely browned on the outside You will likely have to repeat the process for a second batch unless you have one big frypan!
5. Add browned meatballs to a foil lined aking sheet and bake for 10-25 minutes on 350.
