Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
1 Tbsp butter1 tsp cumin1/2 yellow onion, chopped1 (4oz) can diced green chilies4 cloves chopped garlic1/2 tsp lime juice3 1/3 c. water1/4 tsp salt4 tsp chicken bouillon1 1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked1/4 bunch cilantro. chopped
Directions
In a sauce pan, saute the butter, onion and chopped garlic. Meanwhile add the water, chicken bouillon, cilantro, green chilies, lime juice and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the browned onion and garlic to the boiling water then add the rice. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
