Spicy Noodle Soup

Ingredients
2 cups mushroom broth2 cups water1/2 oz dried shitake mushrooms1/4 oz dried vegetables1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained2 blocks uncooked ramen noodles Tobasco or Sri Racha hot sauce to taste
Directions
In separate bowls, rehydrate the shitake mushroom and vegetables in 1 cup of warm water each- use wide, shallow dishes as you may need to place a saucer or some small dish on top of the vegetable to keep them submerged. Soak for about 30 minutes, and reserve liquids.

In a large pot, add 2 cups mushroom broth, reserved liquids, rehydrated vegetables and mushrooms, and the drained can of tomatoes ans chilis. Bring to simmer over medium heat, then add ramen noodles. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until noodles are done.

You can add more tobasco or Sri Racha sauce if you like, and/or soy sauce to taste.
