Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 stick butter, softened2 cups sugar2 cups mashed bananas2 cups sour cream4 eggs4.5 cups flour3 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp saltOven temp 350 degreesMix first 5 ingredients together with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Mix flour, baking powder and soda, and salt in separate bowl. Mix well, then add to wet ingredients. Use cooking spray for loaf pans. Pour evenly into 8 6" loaf pans (small). Bake for 35-38 minutes, 4 at a time on a cookie sheet.

Makes 8 6" loaves cut into 8 slices each
