Philly Cheese Steak Rolls

1 lb thin cut beef top round steak (there were 3 in my pack)1 bell pepper, sliced thinly½ onion, sliced thinlyApprox 4 oz cheese cut into sticks (I used colby jack)Salt and pepper to tasteOlive oil to drizzle
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lay out thin steak, salt and pepper lightly, layer bell pepper, onion and cheese on center of steak. Roll up tightly and place in lightly oiled baking pan with seam side down. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly salt and pepper the top of rolls. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
