500g pork liver1 dash salt & pepper275ml red wine2 onions1 apple225g canned mushrooms
This is a recipe for 2 but from a caloric point of view it serves 5... oh and you can have potatoes with it...
1) Cut liver into stripes.
Peel and dice onions and apple.
2) fry liver, add salt, deglaze with red wine.
3) add onions, apple, mushrooms. when fully cooked, season to taste.
