Lighter Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

One Chicken Breast about 15 onces trimmed of all fat3/4 Cup Franks Original Red Hot Sauce1 Cup Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing8 once Philadelphia 1/3 less Fat Cream Cheese1 Cup Kraft 2% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Boil Chicken until it can be forked apart about 45 minutes. Allow to cool.
Once Chicken can be handled break apart or shred with forks into very small pieces
In a sauce pan add hot sauce and heat until hot.
Add Chicken and stir until well coated.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted
Then Add ranch dressing and cheddar cheese. Remove from heat and your done.
I place mine in a 2 quart crock pot on low to keep it warm during parties, stiring occasionally.
It made enough for my parties which will run about 20+ people
about 2-3 Tablespoons for a serving
