Lizzie's Garbage Chili

Ingredients
95% lean ground beef, browned and drained15 to 16 oz each of: Black beansAnasazi or pinto beansBlackeyed peasDark red kidney beans2 cups chopped white or red onions3 cloves of garlic, crushed4 cups tomato sauce4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes2 chopped red bell peppers3 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp ground cumin
Directions
Brown your 1 1/2 lbs of 95% lean ground beef, and drain extra fat off. Add the beef to your crockpot.
Add all of the other ingredients.
The Anaheim peppers may be added whole, or they may be chopped for more immediate/integrated sweet heat.

Cook on high for at least 4 hours, or on low all day.
When serving, about 1 1/2 cups = 1 serving; you may want to top it with some shredded sharp cheddar and a dollop of sour cream. Neither are in the nutritional info, since I prefer this chili straight.
