Turkey pate Chinois

Ingredients
3/4 pound of ground turkey 4 potatoes boiled and mashed 2 carrots sliced 1 onion sliced, 1/2 cup tomato juice spices
Directions
brown ground turkey, boil potatoes and mash, slice carrots and onion, add spices, and top off with a 1/2 cup tomato or vegetable juice.
Layer turkey, potatoes, carrots, onions on top.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until browned on top
