Turkey Sausage gravy

Ingredients
1 pound turkey breakfast sausage bulk1 cup evaporated skim milk2 tablspoons light stick margerine2 Tablespoons flour1 cup water
Directions
Brown turkey sausage in skillet. Place browned suasage in paper towel lined bowl to drain.

Mix milk with water. Set aside.

Melt margerine skillet. Sprinkle in flour and wire whip together. Will gather into small balls. Slowly add milk mixture using wire whip constantly till smooth. Keep adding milk till desired thickness. Add turkey sausage and heat through. Serve over reduced fat biscits.
