Little Cheddar meat loaves

1. 1 egg2. 1/2 cup fat free milk3. 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese4. 1/2 cup quick cooking oats5. 1/2 cup chopped onions6. 1 tsp salt7. 1 pound lean ground sirloin8. 2/3 cup ketchup9. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar10. 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
In a bowl beat the egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight loaves, place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon over loaves.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink and a meat termometer reads 160.
