Sear Fried/Baked Beef Chuck Steak

Ingredients
36-40 oz of Beef Chuck Steak or Potroast, sliced into steak pieces3 Dash Black Pepper or Lemon Pepper3 Dash Salt or Garlic Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Massage the pepper and salt into the meat before frying.
Sear fry steak cuts until lightly browned on both sides.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and slice in slivers the meat.
Add more pepper or salt for taste only.
