Chicken Foo Young

Ingredients
1 large egg2 egg whites1 cup chopped cabbage1 cup of mushroom pieces 1 cup of bean sprouts1/2 chicken breast shredded 3 tbsp of soy sauce1 tbsp Olive Oil for frying
Directions
Mix all ingredients except oil together in a bowl. Heat oil in skillet on very high heat (or use wok). Spoon ingredients into skillet. Cook and flip to cook other side through. This will look like a flat omlet. Be sure to stir mixture before every spooning.
