One serving taco salad

Ingredients
1 cup iceberg lettuce1 ounce lean ground beef1/4 of a cup of tomatoes chopped or sliced up1 tbsp of raw onion1 ounce of Mozzarella cheese A package of taco seasoningSome Fat free sour cream
Directions
Crumble and brown the ground beef

Drain and rinse it, to get the extra grease off.

Then along with 3/4 to 1 cup of water pour in the seasoning.

Let it boil then cover and simmer.

*WHILE IT IS SIMMERING*

Chop or slice lettuce, tomatoes, onions in a separate bowl

When meat is done just add the meat and top with sour cream and cheese
