Mulligatwny Soup

Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut up 4 C fat-free chicken broth1-16 oz. can tomatoes- diced, undrained1 apple peeled and chopped1/4 c chopped onion1/4 cup chopped carrot1/4 c chopped green pepper1/4 c chopped celery2 tsp fresh lemon juice1 tsp sugar1 tsp curry powder1 tb snipped parsley1/8 tsp cloves3/4 tsp salt 1 dash pepper
Directions
In a large saucepan combine broth, chicken, undrained tomatoes, apple,
onion, carrot, celery, green pepper, parsley, lemon juice, sugar,
curry, ground cloves, salt and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce
heat. Cover; simmmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
