Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
4 cups chopped tomatoes1/2 white onion2 cloves garlic2 jalapeno peppersjuice of 1/2 a lime1 tbsp fresh cilantrosalt to taste
Directions
Cube tomatoes, slice onions, garlic and jalapenos into small pieces.

Mix in a bowl with the juice of 1/2 a lime, cilantro and salt to taste.

Chill 1-2 hours before eating to let the flavours set.

Keeps for 2-3 days covered in the fridge.
