2.5 cups brown rice (or long grain white rice) cooked1 10oz can black beans1 10oz can Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
Directions
Pour all ingredients together in a pan and heat on low heat, stirring regularly. Add curry powder and paprika to taste.
