BANANA FRENCH TOAST!

Ingredients
1 egg white (or 2 TBSP egg substitute)1 tsp S/F vanilla creamer, dissolved in 2 tsp warm water1/2 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1 packet Splenda1/4 ripe banana2 slices light whole-wheat bread **OR** 1 hot dog bun2 TBSP S/F maple syrup (I use Mrs. Butterworth's)
Directions
1. Drop all ingredients (except for the bread and syrup) in a blender + combine for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl.

2. If using a hot dog bun, tear the bun in half and cut into 8 pieces. Dip and soak the bread in mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes, (flipping each side if necessary to cook evenly).

Top with syrup, or even strawberries/blueberries for a yummy breakfast!
