Corn and black bean salad with chili-lime dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil1/4 cup fresh lime juice2 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 can corn1 15-ounce black beans2 medium tomatoes chopped1/2 cup cilantro1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped1/3 to 2/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
Directions
In a large bowl whisk together oil, lime juice, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Stir in corn, beans, tomatoes, cilantro, pepper, and green onions. Toss to coat.

We used this as a topping for taco pie and it was wonderful!
