Roast Beef and Swiss Bake

Ingredients
12 oz Roast beef sliced8 oz shredded swiss cheese2 large eggs2 cups of 2% milk4 cups Bisquick Heartsmart mix5 tablespoons of Dried Sweet Basil2 cloves of garlic, minced3 tablespoons of Onion flakes
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 X 13 pan.

Mix Bisquick, eggs, milk and 3 tablespoons of basil together to make a batter. Pour half of batter in pan.
Layer the roast beef and 1/2 of the swiss cheese on top of the batter in the pan. Pour remaining batter on top of roast beef and swiss layer. Top the batter with remaining basil, garlic, and onion flakes. Bake uncovered 40 minutes. Check doneness and sprinkle remander of swiss cheese on top of the crust. Bake 5 to 10 minutes to let the cheese melt. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with barbeque or mustard on the side.
