Fish Tacos

Ingredients
Coleslaw:1/2 Head cabbage, finely shredded1 tomato, cut into small pieces.1/2 Cup grated carrots1/2 medium red or green pepper, cut into small pieces2 Tablespoons fat free Italian dressing1/3 Cup light mayonnaisePreparing the fish:1 Tablespoon oil1 lb Tilapia fillets (thaw if frozen)2 Tablespoons lemon juice1 teaspoon seasoning saltPepper to taste6 Whole Wheat Tortillas, warmed
Directions
1. To make the coleslaw, cut up the cabbage, tomato, carrots and pepper.
2. Add the Italain dressing and mayonnaise.
3. Set aside.
4. Pour oil in heated large fry pan.
5. Place fish in pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then season with seasoning salt and pepper.
6. Fry fish over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Cut fish into 6 equal pieces.
7. Serve fish with warm whole wheat flour tortillas.
8,. Top with the coleslaw and serve immediately.
