60 4oz. Boneless Pork Chops2 Cups All Purpose Flour2 Cups Liquid Eggs1/2 Cup Water2 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs2 Tbsp Garlic Powder2 Tsp. Salt2 Tsp. Black Pepper1/2 Cup Canola Oil
Preheat Oven 350 Degrees
Dredge Thawed Pork Chop in Flour
Dip Pork Chop in Egg and Water Mixture
Dredge Pork Chop in Bread Crumbs, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper mixture.
Coat sheet pans with cooking oil.
Arrange Pork Chops on sheet pans.
Bake Chops 10 minutes. Remove from oven and turn chops over. Return chops to oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
