Lentil and Black Bean tacos

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 garlic clove1/3 c cooked lentils1/3 c black beans1 small tomato chopped2 tsp cumin2 tsp chili powder1 tsp paprika2 tsp oregano1/4 c vegetable or chicken broth2 taco sized mission 96% fat free mission tortillas (or 1 burrito sized tortilla)
Directions
Crush garlic and saute in oil for 1 min. Add beans and spices and saute for another min. Add tomatoes and broth and saute until the sauce thickens. Serve with tortillas sour cream and salsa.

You can adjust spices to your taste or try adding a pinch of cyan pepper for spicy tacos.
